ACTIVITIESBlindfold challenge
One team member is blindfolded and is led by another (ex. through an obstacle course, to complete a challenge, etc.) Bunker It's the end of the world and you must select a limited number of individuals who will go in the bunker and repopulate the planet. Cross the River Everyone in the group must find a different way to cross the river. Ex. crawling, jumping, hopping. Egg Drop Teams are given limited materials to design and build a protective structure for an egg. The goal is to drop the egg from a height without it breaking. Group Juggle Stand in a circle and toss multiple balls among team members, gradually increasing the difficulty by adding more balls. This exercise improves coordination, communication, and focus. Human Knot Team members stand in a circle and reach across to grab hands with two different people. Without letting go, they must work together to untangle the human knot. Hype Person In groups of two, one person tells a normal story from their life. The other person hypes up everything they say and them. Debrief about the power of lifting each other up. Room Escape Games Teams work together to solve puzzles, find clues, and escape from a locked room within a given time limit. Scavenger Hunt Divide teams and provide them with a list of items or clues they must find within a specified time frame. Marshmallow Tower Teams are given spaghetti, tape, and marshmallows. They must work together to build the tallest freestanding tower using these materials. Olympics Design a mini Olympics with different activities. Team compete for points and wins medals at the end. Pipeline Using materials like PVC pipes or cardboard tubes, teams must construct a pipeline to transport objects from one point to another. This exercise promotes communication, coordination, and collaboration. Scavenger Hunt Create a series of clues that teams must work together to solve. Each clue leads to a successive clue, going all the way to a final prize or discovery. Team Mural Provide each team with a large canvas or paper and art supplies. Teams must collaborate to create a mural that represents their shared values, goals, or vision. This exercise encourages creativity, communication, and teamwork. Tower Building Teams are provided with materials like newspapers, straws, or building blocks and must construct the tallest tower within a given time limit. This exercise encourages creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork.
